Joining the Hazelwood east robotics team was a fantastic opportunity for me. Thanks to some amazing coaching from my Ap biology teacher and computer science instructor respectfully, I learned essential team work skills, like communication and how to properly divide work loads. Being in charge of the robot’s primary operations taught me how to work with blocks, vision detection software, and was my first introduction to coding.
